Instructors and classes are subject to change at any time without notice. If you are signed up for a class and the class gets changed, switched to a different instructor, or the class gets cancelled, when possible, you will be notified through the software you booked the class (Fitdegree) if you have the notifications turned on.
Classes are subject to get canceled at any time. The app will notify you that the class has been canceled if you have notifications turned on. When possible, you may also receive a text and/or email. Please make sure the phone number and email that is connected to your account is valid. Please note: classes can also be cancelled due to low attendance and Studio B Fitness may cancel classes to due weather for the safety of our instructors & clients. Class schedules are subject to change month to month.

PURCHASING/PAYMENTS:
All classes & events for Studio B Fitness are reserved and paid in advance through the online booking system. Class packs, gift cards, personal training packages, unlimited memberships & retail are non refundable. Classes, memberships, personal training packages, & intro offers can not be shared between clients.
INTRO OFFERS:
Studio B Fitness allows members to try their first class for $5 or 5 classes for $55. These intro offers do have expiration dates on them, please look before purchasing. These intro offers can NOT be combined and can only be used ONCE. Individuals creating multiple accounts to receive the intro offer is not allowed & will result in the loss of the intro offer.
CELLPHONE USE POLICY:
To maintain a safe & focused environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from cellphone use in class. If you need to use your cellphone please step outside of classroom area.
CLEANING:
Clients are responsible for wiping the mat and weights after classes.
WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:
Studio B Fitness recommends bringing a water bottle to class. Please check the class descriptions when booking your class as some classes require athletic shoes to be worn.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Studio B Fitness uses surveillance cameras for safety of clients, guests & instructors in the studio and common areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a 10 Hour Cancellation Policy for ALL classes.
If you do not cancel your registration before 10 hours of class start time, there will be a $15 charge and no class credit refund.
If you no show for a class, there will also be a $15 charge and no class credit refund.
If you do not check in for your class before the class starts, this will result in being marked as a “no show” which results in a $15 no show fee and loss of class credit. If you are signed up for multiple classes, make sure you check in for each class.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE APP ONLY. Cancellations via email, text, call, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platforms are not valid forms of cancellation.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. THE DOOR WILL BE LOCKED AT THE START OF CLASS. If you get to to the studio after the start of class, you will be marked as a "no show" which result in loss of class credit & $15 no show fee.

where everyone can pursue their fitness goals. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all members and guests. Your cooperation ensures that everyone enjoys their experience.
Please note: These are Studio B Fitness policies. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the facility and/or permanent termination of membership with no refund of prepaid or current dues. Studio B Fitness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate memberships or deny entry to any individual who violates these terms or compromises the safety and well-being of others, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
NO BULLYING: Bullying is strictly prohibited as we aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and
comfortable environment. This includes; in the facility AND on social media. Intimidation,
mocking online/offline, exclusionary behavior, gossiping, speaking to others aggressively or
with an inappropriate tone, disrespect through messaging/social media.
RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR: Please treat instructors and other clients with respect, kindness and dignity. Disrespectful and disruptive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
CLEANING: Please wipe down your mat and equipment with the disinfectant that is provided by Studio B Fitness ONLY. All outside sprays/disinfectants of any kind are NOT allowed in the studio.
EQUIPMENT ETIQUETTE: Please share equipment during busy times, returning equipment to
designated areas, and using weights safely.
CLASS ETIQUETTE: Please turn off or silence mobile phones and other electronic devices during classes. Avoid excessive talking during classes to maintain a focused and calm atmosphere. Follow the instructor’s guidance and participate in the class as instructed.
NO PHONES IN CLASS: To maintain a safe and focused environment, please refrain from
cellphone use in class. If you need to use your cellphone please step outside of classroom area.No personal vlogging or taking photos/videos during classes.
